✅ Changes in the Collection Policy – Adjustments were made to streamline payment processes for better efficiency.

✅ Pest Control Service – Free pest control service was provided to every room to ensure a cleaner and healthier living space.

✅ Instant Hot Drinks Vendo Machine – We launched a new vending machine to give residents quick access to their favorite hot beverages.

✅ Valentine’s Day Treats – Residents received free choco bars as a sweet gesture for Valentine’s Day!

✅ Welcome Kits for Newcomers – New tenants received welcome kits to help them settle in comfortably.

Important Reminders for Tenants

🔹 Cleanliness of the Rooms Keeping your room clean is your responsibility as stated in the contract. Let’s work together to maintain a tidy and pleasant environment for everyone.

🔹 Respect Your Assigned Space Using beds or cabinets that are not assigned to you is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties. Follow the bed spacing rules to avoid any issues.

🔹 Observe Quiet Hours Please be mindful of quiet hours, especially at night, to ensure a peaceful environment for your fellow residents.

🔹 Proper Waste Disposal Dispose of your trash properly in designated bins. A clean dormitory benefits everyone!

🔹 Report Maintenance Issues Promptly If you notice any maintenance concerns, such as leaks, broken fixtures, or pest issues, report it via the QR code so they can be queued and addressed immediately.
